whew!my com juz crashed again..
hopefully its fine now..ai yoh..pls dun spoil now..
when i got tons of projects to complete.. *cross fingers*

cuz tis week got mock-up test in saffron mah..
so dey need pple to go eat..
the food quite nice..not bad..i like the dessert!
vallina ice-cream wif mixed fruits in a souffle crust! *drools*
but the bread very HARD!trust me..its so hard dat haf to use alot of energy to tear it into half..ai yoh..
thurs is my class's turn!!scary~~
and im doing the saucier station ne! *cross fingers*
i tot being in the kitchen was stressful enuf..
until todae den i realise the service pple are worse..
when u do sm small small mistake, the in-charges will correct u there and then ne!
alamak..infront of the guests..stress sia..
den if a guest is dissatisfied wif smth, the ones who gets the scoldings are the service pple..
whereas the kitchen pple juz cook..
but actualli kitchen got kitchen stress and service got their own stress..
our chefs oso fierce one ne..
okie..logging off..need to go study accounting for wed's test..
