last dae at work todae..mixed feelings..happy! but also abit sad.. im gonna miss my colleagues! thou most of us are frm tp and will probably get to see each other ard sch..but still..i'll miss working wif dem! sob! oso sad cuz earn less two daes money..heh heh.but i realli need to rest before sch starts so i decided to end my contract two daes earlier..
i tink my job at bishan cpf is the best hols job dat i haf ever done so far..easy job scope..nice supervisors..wonderful colleagues..fixed hrs..not bad pay..near distance frm my house..wat's more can i ask for?haha.. not only dat..i gained alot frm tis job. such as learning more abt cpf..abt the ers shares..learning how to handle difficult customers..

anywayz..as i was saying.. there's all sort of customers i can see each and every day when i go to work..there's alot to customer service i guess..and pple in this line sure need to haf alot of patience and tolerance..putting up a smile and be nicey nice even when customers flare up..tough job ne..
well, pleasant or unpleasant customers, we do face dem everyday at work..dey either brighten up ur dae or spoil ur mood and u wish u can juz step on their foot. nevertheless, we still haf to bear wif it and only complain when there isnt anyone ard..haha..after working a few weeks at tis place i realise dat there
are realli many sorts of pple and how differently dey behave when dey are asked to conform to a situation, ie. queuing up a long queue to ask enquires. you can oso see the kiasu-ness of our pple..and of course, how much dey simply juz
luvvvvv to complain over the slightest ting.
however, there are customers who greet us a
"good morning" or tank us wif a
"haf a great dae" and dey are the ones who make us beam and feel good despite us being in a foul mood frm facing hundreds of customers everyday..=)
and we do see stars there! hee. ive seen artistes like
pan lingling...glenn ong..huang shinan..belinda lee and todae..
hui-ge! haha..working in govt board oso got yan fu wo~
sigh.but todae's my last dae..thou relieved dat i wont need to face those awful bad attitude customers anymore, i tink i will miss going to work there..and definitely miss all the wonderful colleagues there who took great care of us temp staff during our stay!tank all of u for making our stay so enjoyable! =)
