TGIF!
its been another draining week of rushing projects..
and finally the sun beams are out again..hoho.
visited the career fair held in sch wif my project grp todae..
and we all came out of the auditorium wif a handful of company brochures and booklets,
as well as application forms..
dunno if some will end up in the bin or not..haha.
the positions the Ascott Spore offers seems very attractive..
they are offering several positions and one of dem is the guest service officer (if i rem correctly)
it was what i wanted to do for SIP!
you get to rotate btwn the different residental apartments
and the turnover for service apartments are not as high as dat of a hotel..thus there's more interaction btwn the GSO and the guests..
moreover, promotion is based on performance..
sounds pretty good huh?hee.
hmmm guess its almost every gal's dream to be a singapore gal..
cuz the SIA's booth was crowded for the whole dae..
i tink the stewardess and steward muz haf had a long dae of handing out applications and answering qstns..
and after attending the talk dat they gave,
the salary is indeed very attractive, but somehow i feel dat it seems that the company expects their crew to be very devoted to them..
if i ever decide to become one (which i tink might be impossible hoho.)
i wld still prefer to go JAL i guess..
after all its the airline i wanted to give a try..
buts c how lah..hoho.
cuz i cant decide wat exactly i wan to do after grad..
study, work? i dunno..
sighs.
o yah..we saw mr alvin tan at the fair!
he was part of the organising committee for the career fair..chatted abit wif him..so surprised to see him cuz all along i tot he wasnt in tp alreadi..hoho.
but he's not teaching hospi students anymore..
instead he's wif some other dept in sch..
had a long tok wif xiaoping on our way back..
and i feel better after getting advice on some stuff frm her..
tanks alot xiaoping.. =)
aarrgghh..
my headache has been there since wed..
and its been such a pain dat its making me feel like puking..bleh.
aarghh go away headache..so irritating..
i feel sick..bleh.
shall go rest..
