i absolutely cant stand pple who talk behind pple's back.
if they are unhappy about something, why cant they just be upfront and tell you where you are doing wrong?
why must they go to someone of higher authority and be a tattletale?
and the supervisor thinks that it is all you fault when its just a series of miscommunications.
and its not even totally your fault.
and yet they go to the boss and say things that make you be at a disadvantage.
they made their own mistakes also, just that it wasnt even pointed out because it is noticed by someone of a lower position.
so if
you think that you can simply push the blame for whatever mistakes of yours to me, saying i should have done this should have done that yada yada,
i definitely wont stand for it.
i'm not suppose to clean up the mess after you while you get away scot free.
i'm not someone for you to point your finger at when it is your own careless mistake just because my position is lower than that of yours.
i'm not your PA to be responsible to check everything that you do.
i have my own job responsibilities, and so do you.
i dont see why you can come and tell me to be more careful not to make mistakes on important documents/matters when you can get them wrong yourself.
sheesh.
if it continues on, i'll go speak to the boss.
just like how they did.
its time to speak up for myself,
or else i'm the one that is going to get all the crap.
