my last day of work.yesterday was my official last dae at work! but my intention to leave on the dot whopping out the office door, was instead delayed because i stayed back to complete my handover to the new gal. my plan was initially to zoom out of the office door on the dot and take the company transport back to amk and spend the evening slacking infront of the tv at home, but instead i was at the office collating stuff till 7.30pm. sobs. but i know that it'll more or less help her, because i can understand how lost one can get as when i first joined i didnt have any proper procedures for me to know and/or follow.
my boss treated the dept to lunch dat day, at this thai buffet restaurant in centrepoint. its becoming one of my fav place for thai food! other than thai express, dat is. hurhurs.
that meal was a farewell cum welcome cum dept lunch!farewell for me, welcome to the new gal. as we've been there before for a team building lunch on a previous occasion, we knew what was nice and definitely needs to go on to our plates. heh.
usuals for me! since it was help-yourself-to-it meal, i grabbed heaps of tom yam soup, chicken satay, kang kong, koropok, burbur chacha, red ruby, kuehs, goreng pisang, i can just go on forever lahs! *drools*
at the end of the day, my boss gave me this cookbook (because she somehow know that i like spicy and thai food). she was thinking that i can bring it over to aussie to cook. haha.
all the food look so nice can! if only i got time to try them out!
