egg-in-a-cup!

i tried tis for dinner todae!

char mee and special egg! wheez.
it looks like durian ice cream rite?wahaha. i'm so proud of it heh. okie okie, even thou e pic is abit unclear and e egg looks wrinkled.. i was too hungry so i juz quickly snapped a shot so that i can eat..wahahaha.

actualli someone taught me tis method of cooking eggs, but its the first time i tried making it myself..i used to juz haf to sit and wait for the yummy egg, piping hot, for me to eat..but, the person who taught me how to make tis is someone i'm trying hard to forget.

ANYWAYS.

i feel so dumb dumb juz now!

i was frustrated that y my lappie is unable to connect to the internet yest that i spent the whole few hrs trying to figure out wat's wrong.. and today i decided to try sayang sayang my laptop before turning it on..but! the internet still cant work..because everything else seems to be working fine!frustrated, i gave up and turned it off.

but den! i still bu gan xin, so i stared at the port link at the side of the laptop, you know, where the ethernet wire (or whatsoever wire) is supposed to be plugged..

i meddled here meddled there..
looked at the port, looked at the wire, tried plugging it in one more time..

'tiak!'

then i realised something.

the wire wasnt completely plugged into the port.
but all the while i tot it was.
so kuku!
dotz.

friday nite surprise.

i saw a box of this when i stepped home earlier todae.

1234 choco dohnuts!
dangs, tis is gonna be a tough choice to split btwn me and my brother..
i muz 'chop' e flavours before he wakes up!
now now, which ones shall i choose?
ooo, the koko crunch one looks yummy!
and the rainbow sprinkles one! and the heart shape one too!
but den i oso like the white one wif almond slices leh..and the choco ring one..
HMMMM.

the endangered choco cake.

i tink many of us will rem this choco cake during our younger daes in pri school.
the slightly hard and has e dryness of a kueh bulu in a packet HIRO choco cake.

i cant rem how much it cost before, probably 30cents?
sighs, reminisence of the times when tings r so much cheaper..haha.
but anyways, although it might not be the best choco cake ard, i always liked eating it when i was a little gal..
so when i saw it lying there on the office cubicle partition, i had to grab it before anyone else does.hurhur.

where can you find tis nowadays anyways?
i dun tink you can find it dat easily in the mama shops as easily as before. =(

a good bowl of dessert and a new surprised stuffie delights me :)

tis little cutie is finally mine!!!yays!
pardon e (bleh) pic, but after all the 'zhu jiao' is the little halloween chipmunk!

dear and me got it on the third try!
dat means, onli $3 spent on the arcade machine! :) :) :)
u noe how supposedly difficult it is to get the 'weak' two claws of the machine to grasp firmly on a toy ya..
but a determined us was set on saving the chipmunk, and i even told him dat even if it takes $10 we muz get e little one outta there!haha.
luckily (i tink i can almost hear dear's silent sigh of relief) we managed to catch it on the third try, when the head of the chipmunk rested well on e claws dat it was kept balanced all e way to the drop hole..
and bingo! yays we got him!
we were holding our breaths and hoping dat it would not wobble and drop halfway so we forgot to take a shot of dat moment..dangs.
dear shld be more than me glad we managed to get it, if not i'll still be sticking my nose at e toy machine unwilling to leave e nxt time we visit the same arcade..haha.
so! my nxt target is dale, the lighter coloured chipmunk (if dey do haf it).heh.

and my fav bubble tea has my horoscope as e cover of my cup on e same dae!hoho.

dessert was eaten wif hannah banana last sat, when i met her for dinner at cine.
we took a short walk to taka after that, and realised that we shldnt haf ate, bcuz THERE WAS A FOOD FARE GOING ON AT THE BASEMENT LEVEL OPEN AREA!
ahhhhh!!! yes, u can imagine how we felt when we were saw the fair going on.
so many yummy food, so many yummy desserts, so many yummy snacks; but we were (almost) full to the brim of our tummies..
hence, we finally decided to settle for tis.

choco mashmallow and cookies&cream ice-cream!

okie, the choco mashmallow colour isnt suppose to be like dat, its actualli darker den it seems..
i dunno y our hp cameras both captured it with a lighter, not-so-appetizing colour..hurhur.
and the cookies&cream flavour wasnt as creamy as i tot it wld be..i like. :)
well, but e ice-cream satisfied our taste buds totally, although we wished we cld fill our tummies more wif laksa, sweet potato balls and interestingly flavoured you tiao-s..

tsk, wanted to take pic wif hannah, but dat banana sae she juz cut her hair look super short dun wanna take..haha.

a yummy dinner plus a new stuffie leaves me beaming.

dined at miss clarity cafe on fri..

i had to intro the food there to dear, cuz when i ate it wif zq n the gals at purvis st a yr or two back, it was so yummy i kept wanting to go back there again.hehe.
plus, the place looks so pinky and girlie, i like. :)
so when i spotted the thomson outlet while on the bus a few months back, i decided to bring him there since its nearer to my house..hee.

it was quite late at night for dinner time, but the place was still quite packed wif the fri crowd..
but service was fast and we got our food not long after..

yays!i'm freeeeee to enjoy the weekend!

finally.
the long awaited weekend is here..
when i got time to not feel like putting my blog post aside for another dae..heh.
hmmm, i tink i'm juz getting lazi,
been consodilating all my posts into one long one and blogging once in one month..
and i realise i haf been photoblogging alot lately..heh.

but i'm a lazi bum still for tis post, so i'll let the pics do the talking!

well, i actualli met jac, zq and xp the other dae,
but i realised we forgot to take any pics! =(

we found good up-to-standard tom yam at marina!

finally! the search for good tom yam is over!
we kinda stumbled upon tis tom yam while searching for a place to haf lunch todae..
and after dear's 'tom yam tasting' verdict,
it pass!
hurhurs.

so tis is the tom yam frm thai express we've been eating todae!

dun see it look so small, two person eat very full leh!

and the equally refreshingly surpisingly nice to slurp drinks.
